22 May Ladies Summer League Update

The Ladies Summer League campaign started last Tuesday evening. This year we have six Ladies teams from Class 2 to Class 5 entered into Summer League. This week there was wins for our 1st team against Naas, our 3rd team against St Marys and our 6th team against Carraig. This was a good and positive start to our campaign. Unfortunately our 2nd team met with very tough opposition from Glasnevin and likewise for our 5th team who travelled to Naas. The 4th team met a very strong side in Shankill but battled hard and obtained 1 point. Great to see some of our Junior players putting themselves forward for league matches and gaining some valuable match experience.
