29 May Successful Open Day in Carrickmines

On the 20th of May CCLTC held an Open Day in the club which was a tremendous success. The club was very busy for the afternoon with lots of families visiting the club and trying out our facilities. There was a barbecue and ice cream for the children (of all ages) and the tours of the club were ongoing all afternoon. Even the weather held up to allow for a most enjoyable afternoon for all concerned.

The result of the Open Day was that we had expressions of interest in joining the club from 20 potential new members, of whom new 2 family memberships signed up to join on the day. The others are being followed up and undoubtedly will lead to further new memberships over the coming weeks.

The team involved in organising the day deserves a huge ‘thank you’ for their hard work on behalf of the club. The team comprises Rory Wilson, Gina Cassidy, Emma Maye, CJ Blanc and Daphne Carroll and they all deserve great credit and congratulations  for arranging, publicising and delivering an outstanding and successful Open Day in our club.
